A master of multiple projects, Pablo has structured capital for 28 commercial solar projects as of 2019, developed over 3500 residential solar installs, and helped obtain over $250MM for Strathcona Energy Group (SEG) a Canadian-based holding company specializing in vertically integrated solutions for the next generation of photo voltaic. Pablo is bringing the world closer to sustainable, renewable energy one facility at a time. He believes in giving back to the community and encourages the switch to solar for all the positive effects it has on our earth. He is an avid contributor to charities by installing energy technology and donating funds to encourage solar energy to numerous groups. He is a BPI Certified Energy Management Auditor.
Director of Finance
By way of the Direct Solar acquisition, Brian Odle has joined the SinglePoint executive management team. Brian has been with Direct Solar for over six years and was instrumental in the creation of the broker model that has put SinglePoint’s new solar arm in a position to become a national power in the market. After attending Arizona State University, Brian began his career in the mortgage industry, and eventually merged his company with a financial services institution that allowed him to expand from one to eight cities. Brian joined Direct Solar in 2013, and his tenure with that company saw him run both the sales and finance division, enhancement of the sales and training process, and the opening of numerous new markets across the country. With SinglePoint Direct Solar, Brian will now lead the Finance Division, where he will be responsible for pushing the company’s revenues and profitability. He will also be tasked with continuing to locate markets that will transform SinglePoint Direct Solar into the nationwide solar organization it aspires to be.

Mr. Hertzbach, has more than 30 years of experience as a strategic consultant, entrepreneur, and executive (5 start-ups) in technology, pet, consumer goods, and food industries. As a customer facing strategist, he specializes in leading all stages of project management, process improvement, M&A, and developing market and market research strategies by identifying constraints and implementing effective processes. He wrote the original manual for website optimization in 1992 and has specialized in developing optimal tools for the digital world. He holds an M.S. in Systems Theory, Leadership, and Change and a B.A and in Anthropology from SJSU and a Master’s Certificate in Consumer Psychology and in process of completing an MA in I/O Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He is an ex-professional athlete and a fine-art photographer.

Born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota, Renee’s 32-year entrepreneurial-focused and process-oriented career has spanned multiple industries. For the past 14 years, her expertise turned to renewable energies; building solar companies from the ground up into full EPC’s from existing solar companies. A focus on integrating task-oriented processes have led to successful implementations into foundation and infrastructure support aiding in new levels of expansion and growth. Her senior level experience encompassed positions in management, executive, and Vice President to CEO within her own business entities. She has also expanded her career to be the co-founder of a CRM software company. Her passion for the alternative energy industry has been undeniable, and aside from her family, the most enticing, challenging, and rewarding career thus far.
